LeaderBrand Caesar Salad with Bacon & Poached Eggs


Cut the bacon rashers into thin slices. Heat a frying pan and cook the bacon pieces until crispy. Leave to drain on clean absorbent kitchen paper, until ready to use.

Fill a deep frying pan with water. Bring to a boil and add the vinegar. Reduce the heat to bring the water to a simmer.  Crack the eggs into the simmering water and cook for 3-4 minutes until yolks are the desired firmness.

Divide the LeaderBrand Ceasar Salad leaves between four plates. Dress with some of the included Caesar Salad dressing, and then top with the crispy bacon and croutons. Top each salad with a poached egg and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cut the egg to drizzle over the salad greens. Season to taste and serve immediately.
