Blend ingredients in a food processor until combined but not completely smooth to maintain some texture. Serve in a bowl with coriander and chilli flakes on top.



Create the best looking platter at the BBQ with your favourite selection of dippers. We used blanched asparagus, beans and broccoli, with chopped radish, tomatoes, baby carrots and seasoned hard-boiled eggs. Get creative and eat your colours!
