Chocolate Broccoslaw Cake

An easy way to eat your greens!


Preheat oven to 180°C.

  1. In a large bowl beat together eggs and sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl beat oil, vanilla essence, coffee, vinegar, apple and water. Add to egg mixture.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda. Add to egg mixture.
  4. Using an electric beater, mix on medium until smooth.
  5. Fold in Broccoslaw using a spoon.
  6. Pour into a greased 26cm cake tin and sprinkle chocolate morsels over the top.

Bake for approximately 60-70 minutes and leave to cool in tin before removing.
