Chicken, Broccoli and Spinach Stirfry


Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, sweet chilli sauce, ginger and garlic in a jug or jar and pour over chicken strips, stirring to coat. Marinate chicken in fridge for at least half an hour.

Heat oil in frypan over medium/high heat and fry chicken strips until cooked through. Stir through broccoli until tender. Add spinach, turning off the heat and stir until mixed through and wilted. Spoon over cooked rice and top with soy sauce and your choice of chilli, coriander, and sesame seeds.
