Broccoslaw Vegetarian Wraps


Cook falafel as per packet instructions. Combine yoghurt, chopped mint and lemon juice together and season.

Assemble your wrap by adding a handful of Broccoslaw to your wrap base, drizzle with Lemmonaise Dressing from the Broccoslaw pack, add falafel and a few mint leaves and top with a dollop of yoghurt and mint dressing. Close your wrap and fasten together with either a toothpick or mint stalk. Enjoy!
