BBQ-glazed Chicken with Peach Ranchslaw


Serves 4

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken strips in the pan for 6 minutes or until cooked through and then season with salt and pepper. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl with the barbecue sauce and toss to coat. 

Combine slaw and peaches in a salad bowl and top with barbecue chicken, feta, bacon and spring onions. Add dressing from the Ranchslaw pack and serve.
