Asian Fusion with Sliced Beef and Noodles


Allow steak to come to room temperature and season with salt and pepper and rub with cooking oil. Cook steak over a high heat for 2-3 minutes each side or until steak is medium rare or longer if you prefer well done. Allow to rest for 5 minutes then slice into pieces. Cook noodles as per packet instructions. Assemble salad in a bowl, sprinkle with peanuts, crunchy noodles and sesame seeds from Asian Fusion pack. Top with sliced steak pieces and Spicy Tamarind and Lime Vinaigrette from the Asian Fusion pack. Serve and enjoy.
