Chicken and beetroot burger

Beetroot & Chicken Burger

Serves 4


Cut the burger buns in half. 

Brush chicken with oil and cook in a medium-high heat pan for 4-6 mins each side until the juices run clear and the meat is no longer pink.

Mix together LeaderBrand Coleslaw with Homestyle dressing from the packet.

Stack base of burger bun with spinach, beetroot, cooked chicken and coleslaw. Top with mayonnaise or sauce if desired.

Add the top of the burger bun and enjoy.
