At LeaderBrand, we take pride in growing fresh, wholesome vegetables across three beautiful farms in Aotearoa. Our largest farm in Gisborne boasts big open fields and rich soil, perfect for cultivating top-quality produce.
About The Role
Our Makauri Farm in Gisborne is on the lookout for keen individuals to join our Harvest Team. You’ll be part of a fun and hard-working crew, harvesting a variety of fresh seasonal crops – mainly broccoli, lettuce, and sweetcorn – to ensure we deliver the best produce to our customers. Bring your positive attitude and sense of humour, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What we are offering:
- Full Time Mahi: 30-60 hours per week
- Competitive Pay: $25.00 an hour starting rate or piece rate, whatever is higher

About You
We’re looking for team players who are:
- Reliable and Physically Fit: Ready to tackle the ever-changing outdoor environment
- Team-Oriented: Get stuck in and enjoy the benefits of team success
- Licensed: Restricted license required, with training available for further skills
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Tractor Driving Experience
- Machine operating experience
- Class 1 and class 2 license
- Horticultural and outdoors work experience
Successful applicants must pass drug testing as part of the pre-employment process.
