Directions

In a frypan over a medium heat, cook the mince until browned. Add the taco seasoning and stir through. Add the stock, beans and tinned tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes. Stir through Ranchslaw and Pure'n Ezy Corn until combined and simmer until thickened. Stir to avoid sticking. Serve with hot rice and tortillas chips and garnishes.
