Veggie Skewers with Continental Salad

Directions

Slice the capsicums, courgette, mushroom, broccoli and onion into similar sized pieces. Toss veggie pieces in olive oil and salt and pepper. Thread onto wooden skewers, alternating ingredients. Cook on a griddle or BBQ until cooked through.

Arrange skewers on a bed of Continental salad drizzled with Balsamic Vinaigrette from the Continental pack and serve.
