Thai CHicken Salad

Thai-style Chicken Slaw


Marinate the chicken strips in ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil for around 30 minutes.

Heat a fry pan on a medium-high heat and add marinated chicken strips. Cook for approximately 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. 

Assemble your salad by adding Coleslaw, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, corn, spring onion and bean sprouts into a bowl. Top with Homestyle dressing from the Coleslaw packet and mix together. Add cooked chicken to the top of the salad along with coriander and peanuts. Mix together the Thai-style dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad.
