Thai Beef Noodle Salad with Spicy Asian Broth

Combine the Spicy Asian Broth ingredients in a large stock pot. Bring to the boil over high heat. Remove lid and simmer for a further 30 mins. 
While the broth is cooking, place beef strips into a bowl with the fish sauce, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Stir to combine then leave to sit for 20 minutes. Cook noodles as per packet instructions. 
Heat oil in a frying pan or wok to a high heat. Fry beef in batches until brown and cooked to your liking. Set aside to cool slightly.
In individual bowls, start assembling your dish by dividing the noodles, Asian Fusion salad, a ladle or two of the Spicy Asian Broth and top with garnish and salad condiments. Serve immediately.
