Spicy Pork Korean-Style Comfort Bowl


Marinate pork in a large bowl with soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and gochujang. Toss to coat and allow the pork to marinate covered for 45 minutes. Heat large frypan over high heat. Add pork to the pan and stir until cooked and the sauce has thickened. Add the kimchi and stir through until heated. Meanwhile, break the lettuce into leaves and use to line the required number of bowls. Add the broccoli florets on top of one half and the Baby Spinach on the other. Top with the cooked pork and garnish with spring onion, sesame seeds and cucumber pieces.
