Satay Chicken Bake

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Whisk together peanut sauce and chicken stock, then mix with chicken and coleslaw.

Cook noodles as per packet instructions. Drain and toss with chicken mixture. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake in the oven until heated through, about 10-15 minutes. Top with crushed peanuts and coriander and serve.
