Ranchslaw Hash Brown


Combine Ranchslaw, kumara, eggs, rice flour, pepper and salt in a bowl and mix well.

Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat, add the oil and place tablespoonfuls of mixture into the oil, 4-5 at a time. Fry the hash brown for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown. Serve with the dressing from the Ranchslaw packet drizzled over the hash browns and top with sliced chilli.
