Mediterranean Crispy Salad


Marinate chicken strips in olive oil, paprika, oregano, parsley, lemon juice and salt and pepper for 30 mins. Cook over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through.

Assemble salad by adding Crispy Salad, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, capsicum, onion, olives, feta and marinated chicken into a bowl. Drizzle with Traditional Kiwi Dressing from the Crispy Salad pack and garnish with basil leaves. Squeeze lemon wedges over to serve.
