LeaderBrand Pork & Coleslaw Dumplings


Prepare pork mince mixture by mixing ingredients together.

Lay a dumpling wrapper on the palm of your hand and add a sprinkling of coleslaw and a tablespoon of pork mince mixture to the middle of the wrapper, ensuring there is enough room around the edge of the wrapper. Using a finger, add a small amount of water around one side of the dumpling wrapper and bring the other side of the wrapper over to close the dumpling. Press firmly around the edge of the dumpling to seal the filling. Repeat steps for the remainder of the dumplings.

Once the dumplings are prepared, fry in an oiled pan on medium-high heat for approx 1-2 minutes on one side, or until golden. Once browned, add water and cover pan to steam for 4 minutes.

While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by adding the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and whisking until combined.

Once the dumplings are cooked remove from pan, garnish with coriander and serve with dipping sauce.
