LeaderBrand Kale, blueberry and yogurt smoothie

Serves 2-4


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blitz until smooth, about 15-20 seconds.
  2. Tip into cold glasses. Serve immediately.


Variations and tips:

  • Any type of berries can be added;
  • Fresh or canned mango can be substituted with each other;
  • To make smoothie bowl – pour a serving of the smoothie into a dessert bowl. Top with fresh kale leaves, sliced almonds, sliced mango and a few fresh blueberries. Can be garnished with crunchy chia seeds.
