Buffalo Chicken Salad

Directions

Serves 4

Marinate the chicken breast in the buffalo chicken sauce for about 30 minutes. 

Heat frying pan over a medium heat. Add chicken, reserving marinade, to pan along with some oil. Cook for approx 6 minutes, then flip and brush chicken with reserved marinade. Continue cooking until no longer pink - approx 6 to 8 minutes more. Set aside and rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

Assemble your salad by combining the Crispy salad, avocado, cherry tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl. Top with sliced chicken and crumbled blue cheese.

For an extra creamy finish, pour over the Traditional Kiwi Dressing from the Crispy salad pack.
