Asian Fusion Prawn Lettuce Cups

Serves 4

Heat a fry pan over medium high heat with one teaspoon of sesame oil. Cook prawns on each side for three minutes, or until golden brown, then add remaining sesame oil, miso paste and butter, tossing to coat and cook until warmed through.

Assemble your lettuce cups by placing on each lettuce leaf a handful of Asian Fusion chopped salad mix, two prawns, the condiments from the Asian Fusion pack (sesame seeds, noodles and peanuts), coriander and the Spicy Tamarind and Lime Vinaigrette from the Asian Fusion pack. Optional: Serve with a mixture of wasabi, mayonnaise and chilli powder or flakes on the side and enjoy.
