Topping instructions:
Garlic butter: place all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until combined. Spread over cooked corn. 
Spinach pesto: In a food processor, blend all ingredients together until not completely smooth. Spread over cooked corn.  
Cheese and bacon: When the corn still has 5 minutes left to cook on the BBQ, sprinkle with cheese and chopped bacon bits. Cook until melted. 
Cinnamon topping: Combine sugar and cinnamon together. Spread butter over cooked corn and sprinkle with sugar cinnamon mix. 
To cook the corn:
Remove the husks and silk from the sweetcorn cobs. Blanch each cob in a boiling pot of salted water for 10 minutes and drain.
Pre-heat a BBQ grill plate or pan on a medium-high heat. Brush the corn cobs with a little oil. Place the cobs on the hot grill and leave to cook for 2-3 minutes, before turning and leave for another 2-3 minutes. Cook for another 10 minutes, turning after every couple to cook each side.
