Broccoli & Artichoke Pizza


Preheat oven to 220°C.

Put all the base ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Line 2 pizza or roasting pans with baking paper and divide the mixture between them. Bake the bases for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

While the pizza base is cooking, prepare the toppings by cutting the broccoli into florets. Once the base is cooked, spread over the tomato pesto and top with broccoli and artichoke and cook for a further 15 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
