Wellington Foodshow Beetroot Bliss Balls


Add beetroot, coconut, almond meal, cocoa powder dark chocolate and dates to a food processer.

Whizz until well mixed. Shape into balls and roll in coconut.

Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top 

Tip: if dates are too sticky they can be soaked by adding beetroot juice to a small saucepan and bringing to the boil, add dates remove from heat and let soak for 2 hours
