Farm Administration Manager

Are you an outstanding office administrator who thrives on problem solving, implementing and running new systems and would enjoy working as part of an established team in a fast growing business?

Your background will ideally include:

  • Strong systems background demonstrating an ability to organise proficient data input, information analysis and delivery;
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Considerable experience in office administration, information systems and best practice internal controls.
  • Good understanding of fundamental compliance and financial matters of a business.
  • Experience in human resource administration and support

 To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with staff reports, crop managers, farm staff, finance staff, business managers and systems developers.
  • Strong office management skills.
  • A friendly and caring manner.

The focus of this position will be all aspects related to the administration needs of our farming business but more so managing the integrity and quality of data input and compliance, helping to provide analysis of all key outputs alongside supporting the wider farming team in HR admin and engagement aspects. We have an exciting list of projects to be involved in to keep pace with our expanding business

In this role you will join an existing team supporting the farming business unit and a total of about 15 key staff members. This role is vital in ensuring the business unit gets the information needed for their decision making and you will be highly valued throughout the business.
